This is interesting Ana . Its no secret Mistress Rose is my Top/disciplinarian  and very good friend . Tho when Iv over stepped line  ,like my hiccups with ciggarettes (YES I know I of all folk should know better, especially after health warning ), Im an addict by nature /blue print and always think "Better a fag than a drink"... tho havent had a yearning for that for years and years (thank my Higher Power for that).NO am not making a excuse for slips, thats down to me & my "Oh bugga it " attitude, which is inherant in my character  (NOT a good character trait and one am not proud of).
  Im strong willed , buck at " You Cant, You must not etc "........ There is a positive side to that ; if I had given in to what docs said about my prognosis, mobility wise,Id be 100% wheel chair bound by now . I fought and can still drive (albeit a automatic car..my left leg could not re act in time to drive a manual ........ so sense does prevail .
  As a bottom..Zippy ... me . Well I love a OKL hand spanking , I do doze off ........ so relaxing do I find it . Horse hair flogger and leather flogger on back..(full back) again a female friend in scene gave me a session when mojo low , and had to click me into "life again" at last party.

   My ideal of a session ( take in mind M.R and I go shopping, visit each others homes, relax watching TV etc, go out with husbands for meals etc ..both guys vanilla) .... so spend quality friendship nilla times .  But I long for time I can say .. "Yep no sins as in fags , so just need a hand spanking, ok some paddle , a caning  as non punishment ". I DONT like or enjoy punishment sessions...  So as a spanko Ana , do you ever feel need for CP as a stress buster?   I dont want vouchers etc .  I know M.R does not like truelly disciplining me now ... BUT does not hesitate when Iv fouled up .

Last time was worse as Zak was present (he adores M.R ..shes part of his pack) , and he sensed  I was being punished and ran into M.Rs office , now in a fun spanking..he would just lie down, and just doze off..hes done that before . No way, despite my yelps did he run to my defence,and no way would he attack M.R .......... hes been around when folk CPd on school days  and doesnt take any notice.BB2 will confirm that .

I do prefer reward over punishment... however, being good can only seem to last for so long...

I have thought about CP as a de-stressor... but have not had any experience in regards to it other than as a form of discipline for undesirable behavior.  My top and I have talked about it, among other things pertaining to this life style.  It will happen one day, but there is much talking that has to come first before anything new is brought into the picture.

I have complete faith in her and know that she will never do anything to harm me either physically or emotionally and knows all about my past and triggers and is first and foremost my friend, which to me is as it should be.

A friend of mine sent me this story of his memory of a time when he was sent to the Headmistress.


The Headmistress's Caning
 
 
I had been bunking off school every Tuesday afternoon after games and for weeks had simply finished the cross country run, had a shower and gone home. I used to walk out of the back gate and catch the bus further down the road.
 
I got on the bus as usual last week and went home with no thoughts. What I had not realised was that the deputy head and the head of house had seen me walk out and followed me to see me get onto the bus. The school rules were that nobody left school without signing out in case of any emergency.
 
The next day it seemed the games master had been contacted to see if I had been given permission to leave and clearly I had not. He apparently pointed out that he was aware I had left early on two previous occasions and had warned me not to carry on or I would be sent to see the headmistress.
 
I was still not aware of anything until at about 2-30pm when my form teacher asked me to report to the headmistress after school. I duly did and knocked on the door, blissfully unaware of my fate. I knocked on the door and was told to come in. I walked in and was greeted by the headmistress who was sitting at her desk in the room. I was told to come and stand by the desk. She informed me that I had left school on at least three occasions, despite being told by the games master not to do so, and that last night I had been followed by the deputy head who had confirmed my unauthorised absence. She lectured me about how serious this was and that the school took a very dim view of any such absenses. I was informed that in view of the serious nature of this unauthorised absence I would be caned immediately. I was told to go outside and wait to be called back into the study.
I went outside and was left waiting for what seemed like several minutes. Eventually the door opened and I was called in by the headmistress. She closed the door behind me and informed me I was to receive six strokes with the senior school cane. I was told to remove my blazer and take off my trousers and to stand in front of the small vaulting horse that had been placed in the centre of the room. She walked in front of me holding the cane, it looked very long and much thicker than I thought, she flexed the cane indicating how flexible it was and swished it through the air with a whoosh. She ordered me to bend right over the horse and to hold onto the front legs. I was now bent over with my bottom thrust out. She came behind me and pulled my pants down sharply, revealing my bare bottom. I felt the cane touch the centre of my bottom and a couple of taps as she lined up the cane.
Think about this next time you finish games early was her barbed comment before telling me to stay down and take my punishment. I heard a whoosh followed by a loud crack as the cane bit deeply into my rump. The pain was instant and built up like a fire deep into my cheeks. She waited a few seconds and released the cane again hitting just below the first stroke. The pain was dreadful and I bucked. Stay down she shouted and grip the legs tightly. The strokes seemed harder and harder and finally the last one bit deeply into my burning rump. I was told to stay down and compose myself before being told to stand up and to pull up my pants. I could feel the raised  welts and my backside was throbbing.
She brought out the punishment book and made me stand beside the desk whilst she filled it in, getting me to sign the last column.
 
I was told to get dressed and to go home.
 
When I got home I went to the bathroom and looked at my backside, it had six mauve raised welts standing up like tram-lines. It certainly was very humiliating being caned on the bare by your headmistress and it made me think twice before crossing the line again.
 
Bring back the rod, it did us all no long lasting harm

DISCIPLINE FOR MR Z

Mr. Z came on his first visit recently.  He wanted a strict Aunt scene where he was to be punished for playing truant, smoking, and taking liberties with girls.  He wanted the scene to commence immediately on his arrival.

Mr Z arrived, and I went straight into the scene.  I informed him that I had received a telephone call from his school Head, and that on hearing how naughty he had been, I was extremely cross with him.  I told him that his bad behaviour was to be punished and I was going to give him a spanking.  I told him to remove his trousers and to come and bend over my lap.

When he was in position, I commenced by spanking him hard over his underpants, about 50 spanks, then I pulled down his pants and continued to spank him on his bare bottom.  He received about 100 spanks in all.  During this time I was lecturing him on how he must improve his behaviour.  He was sent to school to learn and he would not be doing that if he is playing truant.  I expected him to give full attendance in future, and also to comply with requests for homework, and to ensure that he studied hard and gave in good work.  He was told to stand up and go to the corner, where he was to think about how he was going to improve his standards, and also think on the punishment that he was receiving and why he was receiving it.

After a few minutes he was called to the centre of the room where I had placed two chairs back to back.  He was told to kneel on one and bend over the back of the other chair and to ensure that his bottom was high ready for his further punishment.  I told him that I was now going to paddle him and gave him 60 strokes with the flexi paddle.  Again he was sent to the corner.  I continued to lecture him and also said that another of his offences was taking liberties with girls, and that he had been brought up to behave like a gentleman and I was very surprised and upset over his recent behaviour.

I brought him back to the centre, where one chair remained, and he was told to bend over the back of it.  He was then given 50 strokes with the bath brush, which he had to count and thank me for.  I then proceeded to give him a further 50 strokes with the slipper.  Again he went to the corner.

Next he was brought out to bend over the high stool, and he was informed that he was now going to be punished for smoking, and that he was to receive the birch.  He received 50 strokes with the birch and then I also gave him 12 strokes with the school cane and 30 strokes with the dragon cane.

During corner time, from the comments he made, it was clear that he was not learning his lesson, so in came the spanking bench.  Once he was bent over that I proceeded to give him 100 strokes with a flexi two tailed tawse, followed by 100 strokes with a solid two tailed tawse, and finally 30 strokes with the school cane.

As he was then certain that he had learned his lesson, he was told that he could get dressed.  As he was getting dressed, he asked me if he could receive another hand spanking as he had really enjoyed it, so over my lap he went and had another 36 spanks on his bare bottom.  He then dressed and went on his way.

As you will see from the photo his bottom was well marked by the time the session was over, but Mr Z thoroughly enjoyed his visits, and says he will visit again.

PULLING PIGTAILS

This is an account of a first time visit by a client (Kipper), who wished to re-enact a scene from school, where he considered that he should have been punished, but at the time he got away with it.

Student Y was bored in class, and started to torment the girl sitting at the desk in front of him.  He pulled her pigtails, and flicked his ruler so that it hit her sharply in the back.  This caused some amusement from fellow male students and caused the teacher to look around to try and see what was causing the disturbance.  At first Student Y was lucky, but then he was caught out, and ordered out of the class.  At the end of class, the teacher went to report the matter to the Headmistress, and consequently Student Y was summoned to the Headmistress’s study.
Later in the day, when he arrives home, it is to find that his Aunt has received a phone call from the School reporting his bad behaviour, and she is very cross with him.

Student Y knocks on the study door and is told to enter.

Headmistress is standing in the centre of the room and is looking very stern.  “WELL MY BOY, I HAVE RECEIVED A REPORT OF YOUR BAD BEHAVIOUR IN CLASS TODAY, WHAT HAVE YOU TO SAY FOR YOURSELF?”

Student Y denies the allegation, saying that it was not him.  Headmistress informs him that he was caught in the action, but he still denies the offence.

“ARE YOU SUGGESTING THAT A MEMBER OF MY STAFF IS TELLING LIES?”  “No Headmistress”.  “I SHOULD THINK NOT.  YOU WERE CAUGHT IN THE ACTION SO DO NOT DENY IT.  I WILL NOT HAVE THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR IN MY SCHOOL AND I AM GOING TO PUNISH YOU.  I AM GOING TO SPANK YOU.  “No Miss please, not a spanking”.  Headmistress pulls a chair into the centre of the study. “NOW COME HERE, TAKE YOUR TROUSERS DOWN, AND BEND OVER MY LAP”.

Student Y grudgingly does as he is told, and Headmistress commences spanking his bottom.  After around 30 spanks, she pulls down his boxers and continues spanking his bare bottom until it is very red and feeling quite hot to the touch.

“NOW GO AND STAND IN THE CORNER, AND DON’T THINK THAT IS ALL THE PUNISHMENT YOU ARE GETTING, I HAVE NOT FINISHED WITH YOU YET”.  “YOU CAN THINK ABOUT HOW YOUR BEHAVIOUR IS GOING TO IMPROVE IN THE FUTURE.  I WILL NOT TOLERATE SUCH BAD BEHAVIOUR, PULLING A GIRL’S PIGTAILS AND HITTING HER IN THE BACK WITH YOUR RULER.  YOU ARE GOING TO LEARN A LESSON, AND IF I SEE YOU IN MY STUDY AGAIN FOR BAD BEHAVIOUR THEN YOU WILL BE MORE SEVERELY DEALT WITH.  IS THAT UNDERSTOOD?” Student Y says that he is sorry and that it won’t happen again.  He is left standing in the corner for several minutes.

Headmistress brings two chairs, into the centre of the room, puts them back to back, and orders Student Y to come and bend over them.  She tells him that he is going to receive 30 strokes with the slipper and that he is to thank her for each stroke.  She proceeds to give him the 30 strokes and then he is sent back to the corner.

Again he is told to think about his behaviour and how is going to improve in future.

Finally he is called back and told to bend over her lap, where he is given another hand spanking.

Headmistress then tells him that he can get dressed and return to lessons, but to remember that if he gets into trouble again, and is sent to her, then his punishment will be much more severe.

Student Y leaves the room.



Later in the day when he returns home, he is surprised when his Aunt calls him into the lounge.  He asks her, “what is for tea?” and is told that he does not have any.  In fact his Aunt is extremely cross with him.  She has received a telephone call from the School  and has been informed of his bad behaviour and having to report to the Headmistress.

Again he denies that it was him, but his aunt knows that he is always telling lies and does not believe him.  She tells him that she will not tolerate such bad behaviour and that she is going to punish him.  He says, “No aunty, I have already had a spanking”. His aunt says, “WELL NOW YOU ARE GOING TO GET ANOTHER ONE.  YOU WILL LEARN THAT IT DOES NOT PAY TO BE BADLY BEHAVED. NOW COME HERE, TAKE YOUR TROUSERS DOWN, AND BEND OVER.  The poor boy does as he is told and once again he is getting his bottom smacked, and aunty continues to lecture him.  When aunty pulls down his pants and starts to smack his bare bottom, it starts to get too much for him and he tries to protect his bottom.  Sadly for him, his aunt takes hold of his wrist and holds his arm tightly so that he cannot protect himself.  When it is over he is told to stand in the corner.

Aunty then fetches a high stool and tells him that she is going to give him a paddling and to ensure that he stays in position she is going to restrain him.  He is ordered to come and bend over the stool, then aunty wraps a belt under the stool and over his back fastening it so that he is secured.  Then using her flexi paddle she proceeds to give him 60 smacks.  He is now beginning to feel really sorry for himself and to wish that he had behaved.

After his paddling he is given another otk spanking to ensure that he has learnt a lesson.   He is then told that he is now grounded for a week, and to go to his room and stay there.

Aunty says she hopes that there will be no more repetitions of his bad behaviour.

MOTORING OFFENCES

A regular client wished to be taken to task for motoring offences committed for which he had not been caught and summonsed.  He informed me that he regularly exceeds the speed limit and that he also uses his mobile phone whilst driving.  He wished to act a scene where he is sent to see a ‘Corrections Officer’ in place of attending Court.  He wanted the scene to commence immediately on his arrival.

Mr Y arrived and knocked on the door.  He was called into the office.  The Correction Officer read out the charge to him, that he was apprehended for driving at 40mph in a 30mph speed limit area, and also that he had been using his mobile phone whilst driving.  She reminded him that he had agreed to be sent to the Corrections Office for punishment as opposed to being taken to Court.

She lectured him on the danger of driving over the limit in restricted areas, especially where children could run out into the road.  Also that when using a mobile concentration is lessened and it is very dangerous.

She told him that she was going to spank him, and after placing a chair in the centre of the room, called him to her side.  She told him to take down his trousers, then she told him that his punishment was to be on his bare bottom, and pulled down his underpants.  He was then told to bend over her lap, and she gave him about 60 spanks whilst continuing to lecture him.  Then he was told to stand up and go to the corner.

I placed a high stool in the centre of the room and called him back.  I pointed out that the fine for using a mobile whilst driving is £1000, and suggested that the punishment should be 1 stroke for every £1 of the fine that he had not had to pay.  Mr Y was horrified.  He said he deserved to be punished but not to that extent.  I did not tell him how many strokes I was going to give him, and let him wonder.  I commenced with the flexi paddle and after 18 strokes, Mr Y moved out of position, standing up.  I informed him that we would now begin again from number one, and gave him another 40 strokes before sending him back to the corner.

It was now time to punish him for trying to use his hands to protect himself.  Three times he had put his hands back so I informed him that he was to receive 18 strokes; 6 strokes for each time; with the mini two tail tawse.  He was also to place himself on the couch; in the diaper position; like a naughty child.  He was now beginning to feel extremely sorry.

His final punishment was to be a session over the spanking bench.  He was told to get into position, to bend right over the bench and to ensure that his bottom was raised high.  He was going to receive 40 strokes with the birch.  Mr Y was finding these really painful but his punishment was not yet over.  After the birch he was told to stay in position, and whilst bent over to think about his punishment and why he was receiving it.  He said that he would not be speeding again or using his phone.

After several minutes I told him that the offences that he had committed were serious and therefore he was going to be caned.  He was to receive 10 strokes with the junior school cane followed by 10 strokes with the senior school cane.  He was to count the strokes.  I could tell by his voice that he was finding these difficult to take, but he had to learn a lesson.

To complete his punishment, I then gave him another sound hand spanking whilst he was bent over the bench.

He was then told that he could get dressed and leave.

Mr Y will not be breaking the law again in a hurry.

PUNISHMENT

A client who attends for discipline on a regular basis, failed to maintain correspondence with myself and his former Mistress whilst working abroad.  As he has health problems we were very concerned until he finally made contact.  Also on his previous visit home he did not attend for discipline so had let the timing schedule for visits lapse, which was non compliance of his agreement.

He attends purely for discipline, so there is no hand spanking, and never any role play.

On this occasion he was in trouble so the discipline was to be a real punishment.

He arrived and we had our customary cuppa and a chat.  Following which, he set up the video prior to getting ready for his punishment.  A video is taken of the session so that he can make a copy on CD, and send it to his former Mistress for her to view his punishment.

Whilst he was setting up the video camera, I brought in the spanking bench and placed it in the centre of the room.

When he was ready he came to stand before me.  I reminded him how worried we had been when he had not kept in touch.  I referred to a previous occasion when he had been caned for the same reason, then he had received 12 strokes each from his former Mistress and me.  Today I informed him that this time his punishment would be 18 strokes of the cane from each of us.  I said that following the caning I was also going to birch him, and told him to bend over the bench.

He bent over the bench and I proceeded to cane him with a synthetic cane.  Normally I use a Junior School Cane, but felt that this time he needed harsher treatment.  Even before the first 18 strokes were complete he was moving out of position and having to be told to GET BACK IN PLACE.  I left him over the bench whilst I took a short break and saw that his bottom was very red and showing a good number of welts already.

I continued with the caning, and again he was getting out of position and having to be told to GET BACK OVER THE BENCH.  At the end of the second set of 18 I told him to go and stand in the corner.

When I was ready I called him back to the bench and told him to take up position again.  I picked up the synthetic birch and commenced with the strokes.  I told him he need not count.  I did not want him to be distracted from the thought of the strokes raining down on his bare bottom.  I wanted to make sure that he felt the full impact of each and every one.  Again during this time he was crying out and moving out of position and having to be told to GET BACK AGAIN.  I gave him 50 strokes with the birch.

I told him to stay over the bench, as although that was the end of his discipline, I was displeased as he had not maintained position during his punishment.   Therefore he had earned extra strokes, so I was going to give him an additional 6 strokes with the cane.
I gave him the extra 6 strokes, and he still moved out of position so he had another 2 strokes as well.

He was then told that his discipline was complete for today, and that he could get dressed.

We had another cuppa and a chat and he went on his way.

He is returning abroad, and hopefully this time his communication will not lapse and when he returns home he will ensure that he attends for a discipline session.

I am glad that the second man just mentioned has finally resurfaced Rose as I know how worried you were about him and so was I as he is a lovely person.     But yes, he fully deserved that punishment and hopefully he will remember it for a long time and not be so lax in future!
